A good breakfast is what everyone is looking for. No matter what you are trying to go for, yogurt is always an easy, go-to choice. Adding healthy toppings to your yogurt can make it more healthy and add some flavor. Some suggestions for your morning yogurt could be- granola, banana, berries, chia seeds, nuts, coconut flakes, dark chocolate chips, honey, fruit jelly, dried fruits or Wheat germ. Adding Psyllium husk would increase the fiber content of your breakfast.
