Adding healthy toppings to your yogurt can make it more healthy and add some flavor. Some suggestions for your morning yogurt could be- granola, banana, berries, chia seeds, nuts, coconut flakes, dark chocolate chips, honey, fruit jelly, dried fruits or Wheat germ. Adding Psyllium husk would increase the fiber content of your breakfast.
